This is a recording of the oral argument in front of the Ninth Circuit Court BAP on May 25, 2022.
Tom Scott takes an unconventional course in attacking the world’s largest crime syndicate, Department of Injustice division. He uses pure guerrilla warfare tactics. If he
had taken conventional measures, he would have certainly lost. If the panel rules according to facts, evidence, and the law,
Tom has a 100% chance of prevailing. However, such rulings are rare these days. Corruption typically prevails, with statutory and case law, facts,
and evidence being cherry-picked and manipulated in order to steer the ruling in the preferred litigant’s favor. If the panel rules in favor of its friends, Tom will “lose” this appeal even
though he absolutely destroyed the forces of evil at this event and in the briefs he filed with the court.
At 10:27, Tom asks a rhetorical question: "Gee, I wonder how Mihelic’s lies got into the judge’s rulings?!?" That's because he knows
that Judge Louise DeCarl Adler let Kristin Tavia Mihelic, the original government attorney, write the orders and tentative rulings and then just
rubber-stamped them. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that this is a massive conflict of interest.
Note that beginning at 14:07, Tom makes obvious that he knows they will try to rule in favor of their friends, but the downside is that
taxpayers will be put on the hook if they do. He lays down the fact that they are now faced with a no-win conundrum. By putting the panel on
notice that they are under public scrutiny and will draw significant criticism if the corruption continues, odds of an honest ruling increase.
Although only one attorney appears to be fighting him in this video,
at least a handful of others have made an appearance in this and related matters, and perhaps dozens more are fighting him behind the scenes,
costing taxpayers millions of dollars. Tom has made himself into a lightning rod for the syndicate in order to help other victims of it. He has
sacrificed himself to inform and protect others.
*** UPDATE: As of June 24, 2022, the "judges" for the BAP entered a ruling against Tom and in favor of their friends. Like Mihelic before them,
they left out important facts of the case in order to make their ruling look legitimate. For example, the criminals in black gowns completely ignore more than ten
known federal crimes that Mihelic and her cohorts have committed in the case thus far and more than thirty-five lies they have spewed—not a word about any of it appears in their unpublished "memorandum." Taxpayer money will continue to be wasted. More to follow. ***
